TL;DR: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is re-uploading my videos in their entirety and placing ads on these videos. Any advice for getting those removed?
So, a user ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) going by "World Vehicles" on YouTube has been ripping and re-uploading my videos, starting quite recently. I'm in the process of filling out an individual claims form, but I was wondering if there was a way to get the channel pulled (all his videos are stolen from some site or another) without going through one by one and leaving him to upload them again (if YouTube even takes them off in a timely manner). Any advice?

It happens, just fill out the forms. Remember, his doing this doesn't impact your viewership. Just make sure yours are better tagged or better quality, send the forms in, and continue with your day.

No good. That would increase his pageviews

Every now and then I find someone who's uploaded a handful of my rally in-car videos (the one where the steering wheel comes off in particular) and I have to file reports with YouTube to get them pulled. I don't know of a way to request the whole channel be pulled, but I think if enough infringement reports are given on a single user they'll yank 'im

Alright, thanks. I submitted the first batch (can only do 7 at a time), and I'll keep working at them. Thanks for the support. How quickly do they usually pull them?

In my case less than 48 hours. YMMV though, I'm sure it depends on caseload
